The way points of this bicycle route:

Cambridge, MA

This is an easy-to-moderate century route to the North Shore and back. You can convert it into a 60 or 40 mile route by either riding up to Rockport and taking the commuter rail back, or take the commuter rail to Beverly and just doing the segment along 127 and back. Expect rolling terrain between Beverly and Rockport. Some decent hills in Stoneham, but it's a steeper climb on the way back than on the way there.
