The way points of this bicycle route:
Starting at a friends place in Buxton.
Turn right into Eat Pde.
At the end of East Pde, turn right into Bargo River Rd.
At the end of Bargo River Rd turn right into Remembrance Drive (Old Hume Hwy).
(Railway Station, Shops, Public toilets, Seats under large shady trees and picnic shelter just before station).
Just after the sports ground on the south end of town, turn right into Tylers Rd. This becomes Silica Rd, (Alternative is to stay on Rememberacne drive..Tylers Rd is a little shorter with less traffic).
Follow bitumen road around to the right. This is now Carlisle St.
Take first turn on the left - Chandos Rd,
At the end of Chandos, turn right, and you're back into Rememberance Drive.
(Railway Station, Small park on the cnr of Everest St (no toilets), general store)
(After railway bridge over the road, the start of 'Catherine Hill'. Overtaking Lane)
Turn left into Old South Rd, just after reaching the top of Catherine Hill.
(Bong Bong Rd on right. Take this if detouring into Mittagong. If not, continue straight ahead. Start of a good hill!)
(Top of hill and monument)
(Range Rd roundabout. Continue straight ahead).
(Start of good downhill run)
(Roundabout. Shared path starts on other side of roundabout, and runs parrallel to Old South Rd for 1.6 km).
(Roundabout with Kangaloon Rd. End of shared path. Road becomes Eridge Park Rd).
At the end of Eridge Park Rd, turn left into The Highlands Way.
Veer left onto the shared path just before the river. Follow around under the road, and turn right onto the path that comes up on the western side of the The Highlands Way and cross the river.
Follow shared path around to the right alongside Sutton Rd. At present, shared path doesn't go for the length of Sutton Rd. Continue on road.
At the first roundabout, turn right into Argyle St.
Take 2nd road on the right to enter Moss Vale Railway Station.
