LEFT on Las Pulgas Rd. - Camp Pendleton gate at top of hill - ID req'd for admission from sunrise to dusk (5:00 pm in Summer); otherwise, turn RIGHT and ride I-5 shoulder to Harbor Dr. exit in Oceanside
