The way points of this bicycle route:

Start - Bundaberg

Left at the Roundabout

Shops and Service Station

Right onto Ten Mile Road

Ten Mile road is a pleasant back country road. Becomes a single lane road, but is bitumen all the way.

Possible short cut

It was such a beautiful day when I came through here that I either missed this turn or it doesn't really exist.

Right onto Binger Birthamba Rd (left is Raines Rd)

Right onto Bucca Birthamba Road

Some easy rolling hills through this section

Left onto Bucca Road

Right onto Bucca Crossing Road

Watch for the twisty steep decent

Bucca Crossing Rest Area

A nice spot to sit, relax and have lunch.

Bucca Pub

A great old pub that offers a BBQ lunch on Sundays. Stop for a drink or perhaps have lunch here instead of at the crossing.

Dirt Road Section

The road becomes dirt around here until the bridge. It can be a bit rough in places (corrugated).

Side road to the Bucca Weir

On the left there is a short side road to the Bucca Weir.

Left onto Longs Rd

Bitumen Road.

Kinagin Bridge

To the right you should see the 2,000 meter Rowing lanes.

Rowing Club House

Right onto South Bucca Road

This road has a lot of hills - if your not reasonably fit be prepared for a hard slog.

Left onto Norbook Rd

Across and to the Right onto Goondoon Rd (Dirt)

Goondoon Road is a Dirt/Gravel Road until the highway.

Left onto Bundaberg Gin Gin Rd

This is a major road between Bundaberg and Gin Gin, so watch for traffic.
