No Services after Breitenbush. Follow 46 to 42. This part of the route can be confusing so consult a FS map. The turn off from 46 onto 42 is at mile 21-22 just after you cross a bridge. The road is not well marked. You follow 42 past Clackamas Lake to 57. Turn left towards Timothy Lake. An alternative is to stay on 46 until 57 which goes to Tiimothy Lake from the west side.
