The way points of this bicycle route:

Mt Lawley

Steady rise up Second Ave, short sharp dunes at the end

Turn right onto the road beside the railway. Multiple traffic slowing islands. Usually quiet.

Go over the footbridge at Mt Lawley train station

Highgate

turn left a Give Way markings and go through the underpass

Burswood

Turn left at first availabe point after bridge crossing

Turn left at give way markings. Bike path now filled with pedestrians, dog-walkers and kids. Watch out for vehicles at the boat launch ramp.

Victoria Park

Go under the Causeway and continue.

South Perth

The start of the complicated Narrows crossing. Go under the Narrows and follow around the edge of the river. Turn left onto the bridge. Cross the bridge and take the first left. Go under the bridge again, then cross the freeway entrance. Ride away from the city on the bikepath.

West Perth

The end of the complicated Narrows crossing

Follow the bike path to the left. Once again there'll be kids, dogs and pedestrians.

Crawley

Matiilda Bay Tea House - Bacon, Eggs, Hash Browns, Mushrooms, Tomatoes, Toast and a pot of tea for two.
