About half of this ride is on arteries and 2 lane highways -- from where NE 124th crosses Sammamish River Trail to a few miles west of Preston. The other half is primarily on multi-use trails. There is a very rough 2 mile stretch between Preston and Issaquah on the Issaquah Creek Trail. It's a dirt trail with a lot of protruding native rock. I would think it's navigable with nearly any bike, provided you ride slow enough.by naughtymonkey
