From Bonita st through White ave., the right lane is rough and in fairly bad condition. The rest of the road is smooth and easy. Few hills at low gradation. Traffic is least congested and safer mid-morning(8:30-11:00). Some routes in Bonelli area are tight and may hug the curb.
