fitness ride 04-21-2008. Ride 6 of spring 08, 276 lbs, 40 years old, aprox 60 lbs over, 30 over last summer in August o7. DIet- modified south beach, doing a little bonk training, nothing crazy. end of summer goal: 235lbs.
