Great Pub - but best save it for after the ride! Please park at the top end of the carpark.

Good pub for a swift one here.
select low gear before blind left turn. very steep but mercifully very very short.
Just go a bit further and round the corner. before the ford there is a wonderful C16 house.
the next 1/2mile is the worst (traffic wise) on the whole route. But on a Sunday shouldn't be too bad.
there is a short-cut here at Dunton bassett going thru' Leire if your legs are tired.
