The way points of this bicycle route:
Tooronga Tce.
Roundabout at intersection with Pallamana Pde, continue along Tooronga Tce.
Left into Bundarra St.
Bundarra St becomes Tallawalla St.
Turn right into the path where the bollards are.
Path goes under the M5 through a wide underpass. Watch out for glass and slow down for kids who often play ball games against the walls. Theres murals on the walls of this underpass.
Path forks, veer right, lookout for other cyclists heading westbound.
Turn left, use the path that heads between the buildings.
Get onto Garema Circuit, head uphill.
Turn left into Wirega Ave.
Top of the hill, keep going straight ahead. Its mainly downhill from here to Harp St. Theres also a path to your right that is a shortcut to St Albans Rd and Homer St.
Traffic lights. Cross Moorefields Rd to Chapel St.
Roundabout, turn right into Forsyth St.
Road narrowing, speed hump.
Left into Nelson Ave.
Right into Harp St.
Traffic lights, cross Kingsgrove Rd.
Roundabout, turn left into Charlotte St. Uphill from here to Canterbury Rd.
Theres a feijoa tree about here, yum.
Traffic lights at the top of the hill. Cross Canterbury Rd to head into Thorncraft Pde. Its downhill from here to Claremont St.
Roundabout at intersection with Claremont and Palmer Sts. Continue along Thorncraft Pde. After this the road does a few twists and turns over the next few hundred metres. Cars may cut you off at some of the corners, its best to pick up speed, take the lane, don't let them squeeze you out.
Thorncraft Pde becomes Loftus St.
The road flows around to the right into Evaline St.
Roundabout, turn left into Loch St.
Roundabout at intersection with Amy St.
Right into Anglo Rd.
Left into Carrington Square.
Left into Carrington St.
Right into Lillian St.
Traffic lights at Beamish St. Lillian St is one way eastbound here. It would be great to have a contraflow lane for bikes westbound.
