We meet here at 6:30pm on Thursdays through the summer months. This ride is good for new riders wishing to increase confidence on easy roads and paths. It is also good for new riders wishing to improve their fitness over a flat course. See www.baybug.org.au for times. New riders should call the contact on the website to confirm they are coming before their first ride.
Enter Bicentennial Park.
Follow the path accross the bridge and to the right.
Keep to the left. Watch for pedestrians and oncoming cyclists.
Watch for cars entering and leaving Bicentennial Park.
Look out for traffic before turning right.
As a group, start making your way into the car lane to make a right turn.
Make your way into the car lane as a group to cross the bridge.

Turn left at the wharf and head up river towards Silverwater bridge.
Watch out for railway tracks. Approach any tracks at 90 degrees.
Make your way onto the footpath.
