The way points of this bicycle route:
From the LMC gym parking lot, turn left onto Hickory Nut Gap Road towards Newland.
When you enter Newland, turn left at the post office on Watauga Street.
Turn left on to 181/Linville Highway.
When you reach 181, turn left towards Newland.
Turn right at the 181/105 light near the Linville Post Office.
At the 4 Way stop sign, turn left onto Caldwell/Roseboro and head towards the Blue Ridge Parkway.
When you reach the Blue Ridge Parkway, turn right towards Linville Falls.
Turn right on Old Jonas Ridge Road.
When you reach 221, turn right headed back towards Linville.
At Land Harbor, turn in the main entrance, and proceed to your right, towards the golf course.
When you reach the stop sign next to the golf club-house, turn right on Goose Hollow Road.
As you pass Newland Elementary School and enter Newland, turn right onto Watauga Street.
When you reach the Newland Post Office, turn right on Elk Street/Hickory Nut Gap back towards Banner Elk.
End in Banner Elk by turning right into the LMC gym parking lot.
