The way points of this bicycle route:
St Albans Station head WSW on Main Road East
Shopping Centre for supplies
Follow path around to right beside Sunshine Ave
Cross Sunshine Ave to western side and pick up Ring Road path.
Hard Left after E.J.Whitten bridge, Follow trail under bridge to Maribyrnong River trail. Path down is a little steep, has some ruts and is well compacted fine gravel/lilydale toppings.
Join Maribyrnong Trail, head downstream
Under Rail bridge
Under Canning St Bridge.
Picnic point at Rotunda. (Ligfht switch is on the side of the box....)
Stupid place for a gate....
Steep, nasty hilly bit coming up.
