The way points of this bicycle route:

Cycle Extreme

left on conley

right on Maryland

cross Stadium at the stoplight east of the Football Stadium

take a right at the top of the hill by the Mizzou Arena, and go down the hill!

cross Providence here - be careful of the traffic.

left down by the reactor, not up the other hills!

Ah, the MU Research Reactor.

take a right and head up the hill

another right on Green Meadows.

Take a left on Bethel.

left on Old Plank.

the stoplight to cross Providence is usually nice to bikers.

right at Pierpont, down Route N

left at Sapp down Nashville Church Rd. - stay on the pavement (the right fork) as you head down the hill!

left on Route MM.

left on Route M into Ashland.

You can stop anywhere in here; Break Time and Casey's are favorites.

take the overpass across US63 and on Route Y.

Quick left on Rangeline. Hope the wind is out of the south!

grindin' grindin' grindin', pedal past the airport.

left on the spur down Route H.

continue straight on Rangeline again.

jog over right here.

keep left to stay on Rangeline.

Left on New Haven Rd. Beware of fast cars on this narrow stretch of asphault!

careful of the traffic as you cross US63 again.

right on Bearfield/Chinaberry to the roundabout.

go left at the roundabout, down Old 63.

take the 2nd left before Stadium down this old gravel road, and cross the old truss-style bridge.

turn right once you've crossed the old bridge.

cross Stadium here (Ashland Rd.)

cross College Ave.

right on Hitt St.

left on Rollins

right on Maryland

left on Conley

right on 6th back to CycleX.
