Ridden on August 6, 2009. This ride starts in Ashburn VA and ends in Gettysburg PA. Ride utilizes the W O&D and C&O Towpath trails. We crossed the Potomac River at Whites Ferry. Most of the ride is on back roads of Maryland. Rest stops at Whites Ferry, Fredrick and Emmitsburg for food and drink. There is also a bathroom stop in a public park in Utica.by tjprzewo
