Start at HigashiOme station, head towards Chichibu, soon turning left for the long climb over to Arima Dam ("Beware of the Bears"). Then north to another pass, east upwards to Shiroishi Toge, across the Greenline, descending a wonderful valley and eventually taking the cross country route back to Higashi Ome station. by stantopia
