follow (some tarmacced) bridleway route through Walberswick nature reserve, to the road

at junction, turn double right, go up the hill past the side of the church (Church Hill)
Post Office / shop (in Mill Road)
Once the most important Roman centre in East Anglia. Self-led circular trails passing exposed 3rd century defensive walls & interpretation boards. Interesting local church adjacent.

Bracondale roundabout (county hall opp.) - take 2nd exit at r'bout and go up hill

Straight ahead to follow route (or left for city centre)
continue ahead (or turn left at Bishop Bridge Road for Norwich Cathedral)
2nd exit. Gurney Road (relatively) steep hill
straight ahead (Salhouse Road), past Heartsease School
