START: The Smiling Moose, 1306 E. Carson St. Registration @ noon, race starts @ 1pm NEUTRAL START UNTIL THE DOWNTOWN SIDE OF THE JAIL TRAIL!
START OF RACE:
END OF JAIL TRAIL. Open transition to start of Schenley Park section. You can choose whatever route you want. The one shown is only an example. But this isn't a neutral stage! Time still counts!
START OF SCHENLEY PARK This is a fixed course, follow the marked signs

Go left down the hill

End of Schenley Park Open route to Frick Park. Route shown is only a suggestion, take any route you want. But it's not neutral! Time still counts.
Start of 1st Frick Park, 1st leg (Falls Ravine Trail). Follow marked course.
Start of Nature Trail, End of Falls Ravine Trail
Start of single track section, end of Nature Trail
CAUTION! Short steep descent!
Start of Biddle Trail, end of singletrack section
End Tranquil Trail, start Falls Ravine Trail
End Falls Ravine, start Lower Riverview Trail
Stay right on Lower Riverview, do NOT go straight onto Firelane Extension
Left onto Riverview Trail. Do NOT go straight (which is also Riverview, but the wrong way. End of Lower Riverview
Go around gravel pile to the left and get back on Fitness Circuit. End of Riverview Trail.
Start of Irongate Trail, end of Fitness Circuit.
End of Irongate trail. Cross over FirelaneTrail and continue to Nine Mile Run Trail.
Start of 9 Mile Run Trail. End of transition section.
Start of Braddock Trail. End of 9 Mile Run Trail
Start of Regent Square. End of Braddock Trail. This is an open section: there is no fixed route. Route shown is only an example. But it's not neutral! Time counts!
