Famous old training ride for SABA members. Predominately a headwind going out on 277. 7 sisters refers to the 7 hills along RR 2335 that are all pretty similar in appearance. Some bigger but all similar grade and all in a line on the same road. Nice tailwind assist when you head back through Knickerbocker during most of the year. One big hill near there and quiet flat roads coming back. Trafficy from airport back in but not unsafe.by brndll
