Turn RIGHT at the mini-roundabout at the top of the hill

carry on over the A414
go past Abbey Turning (carry straight on on London Road)
Turn RIGHT onto Curling Tye Lane (signposted Woodham Walter, ULTING,
keep STRAIGHT ON onto Blue Mill Lane

Turn RIGHT at the T-junction onto Hoe Mill Rd
Bear RIGHT staying on Crouchman's Farm Road
Keep STRAIGHT ON past Peverel Ave and Manor Rd on the left
Turn RIGHT on Maldon Rd then LEFT onto Wickham Bishops Rd
Turn LEFT onto Spring Lane
