The way points of this bicycle route:
From Cabrespine, take the D189 to Serramjeane.
From here the road becomes more of a track until you rejoin the D9 after about 2-3 km.
Turn right onto the D9 towards Castans
Continue on D9
The col is just off the D9. Rejoin the D9 and contine west to join the D620.
Turn left onto the D620 towards the Col de Salette
At the Col de Salette turn right onto the D182e3 towards Ferrais-les-Montagnes
Turn right onto the D182. Stay on the D182 towards St Julien de Molieres, passing through rather than over the Col de Rieux sec and Col de Miral
After St Julien, join the D12 towards Félines-Minervois
From here follow the D12 and then D55 to Trausse
Stay on D115 to Caunes-Minervois
Join the D620 towards Villegley but turn right to Villeneuve-Minervois after 2-3 km
Take the D111 to Villeneuve-Minervois
From here take the D112a back to Cabrespine
