30 mile Cratloe Hills climb

I went pretty slow on this, 11mph. Part of this was due to the number of times I stopped to deal with loose dogs and part of it was due to the number of times I stopped to recover my heart rate. It hit 178 at one point. That was as high as I'd seen it so far. by Lawr
