Hove to the south downs, west and back via Shoreham

Starts in hove, goes north to the south downs, west and then down to Shoreham, following the coast back to Hove. There is one section that is only really suitable for mountain bikes, and will probably require most to dismount anyway. I did it on my tourer but I think next time I'll try a slightly different route.by PrettyBoyTim
