R on Carral St (Dr Sun Yat-Sen garden)

L on Keefer

R on Quebec

L on Union

L onto Vernon at T and shortly R on Adanac

R on Victoria Dr

Near Broadway and Commercial Skytrain Stns

Diagonal L onto N Grandview Hwy via a short path.

SO to follow path by Skytrain

Renfrew Skytrain Stn

R beside Gilmore Ave.

L beside Still Cr (path on L side)

L btw buildings.

2step crossing Still Cr Rd (to constructn site)_

Continue E on Still Cr

Pass thru big parking lot to much smaller Still Cr Ave btw truck parking and warehouses.

R on Douglas Rd then L before Xing creek.

Go under hwys.

Sperling Skytrain Stn

Sperling Skytrain Stn is across Winston street which we will follow for awhile.

SO (Winston becomes Government St)

R on Cariboo Rd

L on Cariboo Pl which passes under Garibaldi Way and enters trees.

Pass under Hwy 1.

R on North Rd (becomes Columbia St) then X Columbia after Xing a creek.

Braid SkyTrain Stn

L across Brunette ontoBraid St

L onto United Blvd

R onto Mary Hill Bypass

R onto Argue St

L onto Coast Meridian Rd then shortly R on Kebet Way.

Curve L onto Kingsway Ave

R on Mary Hill Bypass

Why are we taking this big curve north instead of taking the Poco Trail or Kingsway Ave.

Shift onto Fraser Dyke Rd beside Hwy

SO (becomes Dewdney Trunk)

X Lougheed Hwy & turn L (SE). It appears there is path on the side

R on 207th St

L on River Rd

Port Haney Stn

Join onto Haney Bypass

Join onto Lougheed Hwy then shortly R onto River Rd again

Catch Albion Ferry to Fort Langley

SO to Glover Rd

L onto Mavis Ave then shortly L onto River Rd

Curve L becomes 88th Ave

R onto ? St just past Nathan Cr (after 264th St.

L on 80th Ave (Marsh McCormick Rd)

R on Lefeuve Rd then curve onto Graham Crescent

L onto McTavish Rd

R onto Satchell St then curve L onto Taylor Rd

R on Ross Rd

Could turn R onto Old Yale Rd but I think it's hillier
