| [TRAINING WITH THE PROS] This circuit is based on the TACX video 'Train with Cadel Evans' whilst in Switzerland preparing for the Tour de France and the Olympic road race and, in turn, apparently takes in a favourite course near his house close to lake Lugano. There are hills here with slopes up to 20% and many, many turns; you will encounter it all on this Ardennes like course. Cadel Evans does it in 40 minutes. How fast can you ride it?
