| This is a nice scenic ride with a few rolling hills to climb. This ride is 46mi/75km round trip. This is probably the safest way to get to Desoto from Lawrence (I would avoid the Old K-10 highway road from Lawrence to Eudora...very dangerous) |

Clinton Lake (approx. 43mi. or
70km) The turnaround is at the corner of 1600th Rd. You can also detour to Bloomington Park for water or food...Enjoy. I would avoid N 1600rd (Douglas County Rd 442) due to high traffic and minimal shoulder. |
