| Another run to the Gliderport - this time I took a bunch of trails down to the Birch Aquarium. I have no idea what trails I took, and how far I ran, before I got back onto the main road out to the gliderport. Probably ran about 9 miles. |

| Both directions are extremely dangerous on the bike. There is no safe way to cross multiple lanes with speeding cars. There are no bike lanes for the freeway off/on ramp sections. |

| Nobel is spotty - bike line available for a blog, then not and there is street parking, forcing bikers into the road, then there is a bit of bike lane again, then it stops, etc. Miramar is terrible - need bike path there! It's a freeway and trucks pass very close at 60mph. |
