Great training route. Low traffic. Easy enough to cycle out from Reading to join it at Stratfield Saye. Just follow the Sustrans route. I'd just pick it up (the Sustrans route) from the Three Mile Cross roundabout as some of those Sustrans roads are too slow and of poor quality.
