Good mixed route with in and out of saddle riding throughout. Tough if had an empty few weeks from riding - good club run route (some built up areas where single file riding is a must for safety) and plenty of cafe stop offs along the way....

Some high traffice areas (Pontypridd centre, Merthyr Tydfil). Major climbs long, not particularly steep. Penycoedcae is a steep climb at the end of a few hours in the saddle - be warned.
