| There are two routings for the Day 7 biking. This is the safest but harder of the two. It uses back roads to avoid I-80 as much as possible. The route consists of a gradual ascent from Elko to Pequop Summit – a climb of about 2,000 feet. After that summit, the road is a fairly rapid descent of about 3,000 feet. If you follow this itinerary, you do so at your own risk. Failure to exercise good judgment can result in traffic violation citations, injury and even death. If in doubt, please consult with state and local law enforcement agencies. |

| There are two routings for the Day 7 biking. This is the shortest but more dangerous of the two. Rather than use back roads to avoid I-80, it uses the highway itself – not a great idea.
