| My wife and I rode this route in the Fall of 2010 as part of a multi-state tour. This is a really nice, rural ride that generaly follows old US 75 to Beggs, OK then county roads the rest of the way. |

| A nice flat, easy route. Mingo Valley bike trail is roughly 4 miles and getting to it requires some urban street riding on all 4-lane, all-access roads. A fairly safe, nearly all flat route. |
