Εκκίνηση από Α. Κλεωνές, οινοποιείο Λαυκιώτη, 1η στάση γευσιγνωσίας και ξενάγησης οινοποιείο Παλυβού στην Α. Νεμέα, συνεχίζουμε διασχίζοντας την Νεμέα και ανηφορίζουμε για Κούτσι, προσπερνάμε και φτάνουμε στο οινοποιείο της Σ εμέλης. Η καταπληκτική θέα τα κρασιά και το οινοποιείο αποζημιώνουν. Κατηφορίζουμε προσεκτικά,διασχίζουμε τη Νεμέα απο άλλη μεριά και κατευθυνόμαστε προς Λεόντιο. Κάνουμε το γύρο του χωριού και σταματάμε στο οινοποιείο Ράπτη. Μετά την απαραίτητη γευσιγνωσία φεύγουμε για Νεμέα, δεξιά για Α. Νεμέα και στάση στο οινοποιείο Παπαιωάνου. Οίνος και φλυαρία και πάμε για τερματισμό. Προσπερνάμε το Λαυκιώτη και κατηφορίζουμε για το οινοποιείο Λαφαζάνη όπου και το γιορτάζουμε!

Start from A. Nemea stadium, climb to Asprocambos through Dafni and Kastraki, stop for a glass of wine at the Strofilia Winery,dash of climb to Psari and finally descend through Platani and Galatas to Aidonia where a small criterium race is held and dinner is served.

Starting from ancient Nemea stadium we climb to Asprokambos through Dafni-Kastraki stop for wine tasting at Strofilia winery, circle stymfalia lake, descend through platani and galata to Aidonia where we have a criterium race of around 20 km.
