I have tried to avoid the higher traffic routes and stayed mostly on rural roads except for 264th Street.

The was a moderate pace (28-32km/hr) ride through Delta, Boundary Bay Airport, Tsawwassen. The fastest pace ride I have participated in so far. My average speed for the entire ride was 27.5 km/h with a max speed of 44 km/h.
