This is a very senic route that connects Media PA to Ridely Park PA. This is a commuter route. One section near Beatty Road is off road for about 300 yards. May have to get off and walk a few hundred feet with a road bike. Smedley park has been renovated and the maps are not accurate here. The trail thru Smedly park starts at a driveway just uphill from the water works. This turns into a dirt road for about 300 yeads. then crosses a baseball field. A hybrid works well. Their are a few high traffic points crossing Baltimore Pike and near the end at Chester Pike. Its pretty hilly but there are few motor vehicles for this trip.
