| This route goes through Upper Montclair, to Montclair State U. It then continues onto Main St. in Little Falls, which can have some traffic, especially during rush hour. After passing through Little Falls, traffic lightens up and you get to some nice shaded hills all the way until Mt Pleasant Ave in Livingston. Continue west and again hit some nice hills along Mt. Pleasant Ave, which starts out as a relatively busy road but then quiets down a bit and has some nice climbs and descents. Trip back north goes through Eagle Rock Reservation, which is a great place for a rest, has a beautiful view of the city, and has a short, fun, and twisting downhill. Start back at your starting point.
