Nice long ride, most road surfaces are pretty good (nothing as bad as e.g. Boulevard Gouin) and low traffic except for a small part of Chemin Oka. Not much climb, main hills are just before Oka but nothing serious.

A beautiful loop that takes you around Ile des Soeurs, across the seaway to the embankment for the canal (Ile de la Gouvee?), to Ile Notre Dame and Ile Sainte-Helene. Follow this up by crossing Mont-Royal and coming down the slopes of Westmount.
