A relatively easy ride with plenty of detour options around central Oxford. The outbound section is very quiet and rural, the return section less so, although still not too busy, traffic wise.

A good 50km route, quite flat but good for a blast around when your not in the mood for battling up hills. Very scenic and quiet country lanes, give you an opportunity to take in the Oxfordshire countryside. There are a few pubs on the route but no coffee shops or other shops on route that I know of except at the start/finish.
