Scenic route around parker / preston area. A good training ride with some beautiful houses. Course maps out at a little under, but if you're like me and don't live right on the trail you can easily add the difference in your neighborhood.

Start from Park/Preston Park/Ohio area and ride all the way to Victory park. Instead of watching WFAA on the news Saturday morning, bike down when the street traffic is lighter and be there in person. Turtle Creek section is very nice, enjoyable route.
