Honister,Styhead, Black Sail & Scarth Gap Pass - This route is hard! Don't bother if you hate pushing or are low skilled as you will end up taking your bike for a walk however if you got the skills then there are some ace technical descents and great scenery

Another good loop taking in the awesome Hallton Gill descent. The last descent is straight and fast but watch out for the end bit as you need to stop on gravel before you hang a right on to the main road.

A very good loop in the Dales taking in two massive descents. The first into Halton Gill is uber fast and the second from the top of Buckden Pike is more techincal with some steep stairs and a gap jump to launch over. There is a bit of pushing required to get up Buckden Pike but it is worth it. Don't forget to kepe to the bridleways and push/carry the footpath bits.
