This is a fantastic, quick route. Riders should take care around the lakes, otherwise the trails are sparsely utilized. (Just another mile across 494 to a tasty salad lunch.)

Starts at Lake Como in St Paul, over to up Bruce Venton Trl via Gateway Trl, to White Bear Lake, around the lake itself on 244/120. Take White Bear Ave to return to Bruce Vento and then back home on the way you came.

A 10 mile recreational route. Beginning from the parking lot off 96 and the Gateway trail, riders head north to Pine Point Park. This flat, tree-lined trail provides ample warm up for the second half of the ride. The second half is on road and includes some rolling hills. For added distance and "hill-challenge", drop down into Stillwater.
