I do this run either the day after I've done my bigger loop or just when I don't have time to do my bigger loop. This was GREAT training for before I was doing the bigger loop so I still do it & try to improve my time. It usually takes me 1 hour to do

The reason both low & high traffic are tagged because portions of it are in slightly high traffic areas. The majority of the ride though is pretty low traffic to no traffic.
