Park at South Twin Lake. The Crane Prairie Loop can be ridden in either direction. There are NO big climbs. There are great views of South Sister, Broken Top and Mt. Bachelor. A side detour can also be taken to Cultus Lake. There is a nice place to stop for lunch at Snow Creek on Hwy 40. South Twin Lake and Crane Prairie Lakes have stores in the campgrounds. |

Follow the map to Central Rd. From here if you go clockwise there are three short climbs to get to Veneta. The other option is to go CCW and miss the climbs altogether and make it an out and back ride. |
