    This is the first route I've used from bikely. We road this one today (July 22, 2007) on a beautiful Sunday morning in July. We started the route on Bruce Garner north of Lawrence and did the route counter-clockwise. This got the big hills out the way at the beginning of the ride. It was a great route, particularly after Wake Forest - where it became very rural. The stretches of Six Forks and Falls of the Neuse had the worst traffic, but even those weren't bad.
