    how fast is fast...chain gang/through + off....mph?

    Dogxcd - fast is around 19mph average (that includes the rest dawdling while I get back on after the one hill in the circuit!). Circuit is around 25 miles (from Malton Station and back to Malton) - oh and they leave promptly, so don't be late. Hope to see you there.
