    Someone know a decent route from Mentor, OH to Greenwich CT but minimizing my trip through Pennsylvania altogether.

    I'm not from the area but here's a couple of ideas that I would use if I had the same need.

    If you're starting in Cleveland and want to reach Greenwich CT, but don't want to ride in Penn, that pretty much leaves New York. I'd follow Adventure Cyclings Northern Tier route to Niagra Falls. You can buy that map here:

    The Adventure Cycling Route keeps going north after Niagra. From Niagra, I'd try to see if I could get these people to share their route with me:

    It looks like the they get you to just north of Albany on the 5th day of their ride.

    I can't find any map sources or Bikely routes that connect from Albany to Greenwich, but that's an easier chunk to try to figure out on your own.
