    love that ride, although sat mornings we ride out to west head, turnaround at the end then ride back through akuna bay out the other side pas cottage creek turnoff then head back down mccarrs creek road. back to manly it's a 90km loop. want longer ? just turn left back towards west head at mccarrs creek road and do another loop - makes it roughly 135km. good half and fulll ironman distance training.

    Hey its Akuna Bay not Acuna. Might help if someone does a search. I agree, its a great ride, despite me falling off last year on the descent to Akuna Bay and doing my collarbone.
