Could you add a Save As option?

    If I take a saved route, alter it and re-save, it over-writes the original. Often I want both, and the only way I can find is to redraw it from scratch.

    Would others like a Save As option (like in Word) to be able to alter and then save a 2nd version.

    Go look again, this feature already exists. Under draw is a choice "copy this route".
