HELP ME!

    Hi everyone!

    I just need some information in regards to long distance rides. I just bought some panniers and am going to do my first long distance ride in a few weeks. I am going to go From Brisbane CBD to Noosa.

    I just need some general suggestions on how to make my ride more comfortable and safe. I also would like it if anyone could suggest a good route to take.

    I have got some gloves, bike clothers, water bottles, carry bags, pump and tire tubes, food... What else should I take?

    any information at all in regards to long bike rides would be much appreciated. I am going solo and don't know any other bikers who can help me out!

    Can't advise on exact route (haven't cycled that far north) but in general avoid rods numbered with "M" or "A" ie M1, A1 etc.
