Pittsburgh Hays/Lincoln Place

Does anyone know a good route from Lawrenceville to Lincoln Place. I have been able to find a route as far as where Carson St. meets 885 (Mifflin Road), but I need a safe way to get to the top (Mifflin Road at Interboro). I'd appreciate any help. Thanks.
